i) Birth Certificate.
ii) Community certificate.
iii) EMIS Number.
iv) Transfer Certificate from the school last studied.
v) Aadhar card or Ration card for Adress proof.
vi) Aadhar card for Parent & student.
vii) Three passport size photos of the student.
viii) One photo of Father and Mother.

Application form to be collected from the School. Cost of Application fee is Rs. 200/-.
